Eligibility for Returns:


  • Items must be returned within 5 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Product categories that are non-returnable: digital products.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.


Return Process:


  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at info@torresca.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with return shipping instructions. Do not return the item without an RA number.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for its value. 
  5. Return Address: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.


Refunds:


  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 
  • We do not offer any store credit for any type of refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@torresca.com. 
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Digital Goods.
